The humanitarian cargo was delivered by the head of the department of social service and charity of the Kyiv diocese of the UOC, Archpriest Andrey Dvorovoy, and his brother, rector of the Panteleimon Church in Boyarka, Archpriest Konstantin Dvorovoy.
“We want to thank everyone who took part in the collection and delivery of aid. Dear brothers and sisters, prayer has great power - but on one condition. The Lord especially hears our prayers and helps us when we notice nearby people who need our help. … Hurry to do good!” - Archpriest Andrey Dvorovoy called on everyone.
Metropolitan Arseniy of Svyatogorsk, the Lavra's abbot, addressed a word of gratitude to all the benefactors.
