Civilians in the most affected settlements of Kurakhovo, Maryinka and Volodarsk districts of Donetsk region received 2 tons of food.
The aid was delivered by our partners and great friends - volunteer priests of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Fathers Andrey and Konstantin Dvorovy.
“People here survive near the active combat zone without electricity, without heat, and often without regular food deliveries. Humanitarian aid to these villages, thanks to God, is becoming permanent - we have come here with a cargo from the Charitable Foundation in honor of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos for the twelfth time,” the priests said.
As a reminder, from February 24, 2022 to the present day, the Foundation in honor of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos has already sent more than 80 thousand food packages to the regions of Ukraine to support the population in the context of full-scale military operations.
